We invite all majors and minors to get involved."There were many highlight in this trip to Dominican Republic. To name just a few, communicating with little children at John F. Kennedy school was one. Playing soccer or just talking with the local children or even late teenagers were memorable moments to me. Moreover, the Outreach trip made me realize who I am in addition to who my friends really were outside of school. Everything were worthy and I consider every moments highlights."

Over 8000 international volunteers have joined us since 1994, with the majority of focus being on education. Originally focused solely on the local orphanages, thanks to volunteer growth the focus has expanded to include additional needs in the community. One area of true need is health education and treatment."I can't imagine that I could have had a better time! This trip was my 5th overseas mission trip to provide eye care. Tom and his staff kept us well informed from the time we started the process in the States to the final day of our trip. Orphanage Outreach was by far the most organized host we have ever had. Volunteers are invited to join us any week of the year, for any number of weeks, starting on a Saturday and ending on a Saturday. We do not have any closed periods. Please note that your registration, minimum program donation, and flight ticketing must be completed at least 30 days prior to the start of your trip.
